found it in social media

I know, you have your own opinion about everything. About your clothes, music, food, and sometimes, politic. And in this kind of time, all of us kinda feel the unwanted heat that came from social media with their hoax news, or your relatives with their super racist point of view!

Living in the land of democracy, freedom of speech and share our thought and concern were guaranteed by government. But, as part of society, we also know basic human decency. Don't hurt anyone if you don't want to get hurt. Treat people like you want to be treated! You know, something like that! And as we entry an election time, we suddenly forget all of that. Your high school friends suddenly expertise in religion. Your former work colleague out of nowhere rant and rant about how shitty their lives under current government. And your relatives keep repost hoax news or false old information that related with one of candidate. Long story short, you feel like you surrounded by radical fake news zombie that craving your indecision-non-prejudice-smarty-brain. They want you to make sure, people like you don't vote bad people. And how they do that? Yap! With hoax news, and radical religious point of view. They want you to feel sin for not supporting them!

It is horrible. How people change drastically for politic. How easy people voice controlled by higher power. It is horrible but it is no strange at all. We've been through a lot of this shitty shady business called an election. From peaceful march until bloody riot (#menolaklupa). So, how? How we survive this Pilkada DKI Jakarta (yes, its only Jakarta but the heat is affect entire nation!) without unfriended so many people (in social media and real life) but still being smart voter.

1. Don't Start The Fire
Whatever or whoever you are vote for in this election please make sure you are not throw sparks of hatred in social media FIRST! If you getting attacked its okay to reply them but never be the one who start the #commentwar!

2. Positive Vibe
Related with number one, never throw any trash talk to other candidate. Instead, share the best and the most positive side about your candidate. Because, quotes from my girl Michelle Obama, "if they go low, you go high".

3. Re-Check Others Mistake
Don't reply hateful speech with hateful speech. My best suggestion is shut up and ignore. But if you really need to talk back everyone in social media. Outsmarted them with fact check.

4. Don't Get Too Emotional
Please put your emotion in the right places. Seeing your daughter assaulted, watching someone slaughter other human being, knowing you wife just deliver your healthy baby, that kind of stuff you should put most of your emotion. Don't feel extremely angry just because some dude said bad stuff to your candidate. Don't attack people just because you think you are right!

5. Get Your Shit Together
Fine! It is important for the city that you loved lead by a great man. But also, it is important to know that your family still want you at their house, your friend still want to talk with you about their personal stuff, your relatives still... i dont know, asked you when you get married and annoyed you with their story. (i am sorry, I don't know if people is or isn't still think it is important to have relatives. Because i personally don't think so!). So, get your shit together, before you throw any shades against them. You not gonna die if you keep your mouth shut, right? Keep everything on your own mind, and try not to pissed anyone!

To be conclude this peaceful post, i wish everyone whom own KTP DKI Jakarta to use your voice wisely. And for outsider, the people who don't live or own KTP DKI, just... maybe... try... shut up!

Trump inauguration is is just some hour away. Its very stressful event and now its heating up in United States of America especially for women in USA. I'm not America citizen, and i know whatever Trump do in his administration is not gonna affect me directly. But i can't help feeling little bit insult with everything Trump said about women (and his daughter, what a psycho!).

Since  i got super inspired with all #WomenMarch spirit, i would like to join with sharing some knowledge about women that i know and i love and i respect since i meet them and maybe forever. If you know me, i never claimed myself as a feminist. Not because i am against it. On contrary, i strongly agree with every single word that Emma Watson said in the UN podium of 2015 or Chimamada Ngozi Adizie speech in Beyonce's Flawless song. But i just feel we don't need the terms of feminist anymore, because every gender in 2017 should and have to be a feminist. I believe in equal right not because i am feminist, but because i am human. I believe we should vote for their intellectual and their capacity not by their race or religion (oh, what related issue to my own city election). Okay, i am losing track now!
So, anyway, after this 26 years of living, this is seven type of women i met in a way and inspiring me (in her own way):

1. The Mother Kind
You mother is absolute women that you need to keep in your life inner circle. But as long as you grow, there is always a women, a mother type. They always give you life lesson, an advise that you need to make your life easier. Is not because they are older than you, but what they just have been through just make them wiser and caring. I, sometimes, need them, more than my own mother. Not because i am not trust my mother judgement, but i just feel to shy to tell such a problem. Like virginity talk, something about masturbation, or a very wrong guy that i just date! Those such things can not be heard to your Asia mother. No matter how liberal and chill they look to us!

2. The Cool Girl
Before i talk about this kind a girl, let me ecplain what is "Cool Girl" according to Google.

Urban dictionary: A girl who is not a girlfriend. Shares interests with, hangs with, and (optionally) sleeps with a man she is interested in. Inevitably, she becomes a 'cool girl' and becomes ineligible for girlfriend status. Is often beleived to be lesbian on first glance.

Mamamia.com.au: The 'Cool Girl' is the epitome of what the man in front of her wants. A Cool Girl is laid back, never gets angry when he doesn't call and loves all the things her man loves while being trophy-level sexy.

Well, anything that you believe on cool girl, i assure you, that you will met these kind of girl once in your life. She embodied everything you want to be. They have chill effect, life is easy no matter what happen. Carpe Diem. Everything! You need this kind of women in your life because you need someone to show you that its okay to make mistake. That is okay to not so hard on yourself. That's okay to show your feeling!

3. The Teacher
In this stage of life, i believe we all are here to learn everyday. From school, to college, and then real life. No, just because you go to college, you are not master of life. You learn life from people. SOme people will ditch you, hurt you, broke your heart, back stab you, but sometimes, there is people that will teach you. They just like a mother, but they wont stop you to do the wrong things. In my case, i met them in one of office workspace. I can not tell you exactly what they told me, but in one sentence i got well trained, "How to be a Bitch". it useless knowledge for me now. I feel i am to old for those lesson. But, it nice to learn that!

4. The Broken People
There is nothing more satire but truth voice that you will able to hear rather than people who just been broken, idealistically! Some people see them as the pessimist, the cancer of society. I see these kind of women quit interesting. I can see that this world not as great as people talking about. Is not as colorful as they seems. Hang out with them make you realistic. Its okay to have hope, but dont get too dramatic when it didn't happen.

5. The Activist
I strongly believe that this world more colorful because some of us life our lives as an activist. Because i am sorry, but your perfect life, a married with kids and just trying to survive before slowly dying-story life is just fucking boring. An also, women with idealistic view make you confident that there is changing in our life.  Even you don't always agree on these kind of people, you will always enjoy them as your company.

7. The Happy Maker
Happiness only happen when it shared. There is people that might be can not give life lesson that you need, or cool attitude to show off, but with them you just feel excited and happy. It might be because you have same wave length or hobby. Any way, this people always give you good vibe only!

Sometimes, you meet all of this qualification in one person or two. But anyway, as someone that has been entitled to be called an adult women, i think its important to women support others. Not to bashing or trashing other gender. But to empowering the weak to be strong, to be friends with a loner. As my favorite main bitch Michelle Obama said "When they go low, we go high". Be classy, educated, and well-mannered women!

For some people, working in the office is not always necessary to make money. Some people might see it as place to share their passion with people who had same interest, some people want to achieve some goals in their career life, or they want to gain their links and social life before they make their own business. Some people, just want to fill their free time with cool people (I've been changing job 4 times in this life, and you'll be surprise how many people do that). For me, in this age, money and links is my main reason! Haha

And when you working at the office, you can not working by yourself. Even if your job desk doesn't require you to talk to other people, you will always have to make friends. And here some people that you need to be friends with:

1. Lunch Friend
You need lunch friend. Believe me. No matter how much you love to sit on your chair and watch all stupid video on YouTube, having a lunch with friend at the office its essential. Its almost like a sacred things. Don't mess with it! Don't mess with your lunch friend, because for some of them lunch is their only free time to talk to someone else. So, be there. Enjoy the conversation. Build a relationship! Its healthy and you need it!

2. Office Gossip
Among those nerds at the office you will always found one who keep all the historic office gossip. Back when i worked in DestinAsian, i know a guy named Coco Namara (sorry for mention your name in this such hideous blog, babe) that not only keep the most recent office gossip but also the ancient one. Who just resigned, who will replaced position, who is on affair, who just got one night stand, everything. Every little trashy useless information about your office mates, you can get from him. And, its nice to know this kind of person. Not to found out about someone little dirty secret, but to make sure you out of his trash talk radar. Because like other gossip, its not all true!

3. Travel Mate
Since you work you ass hard every single day, Monday to Friday, 9AM until 6PM. Sometimes you and your other office mates feel a bit boring and craving for adventure. And out of nowhere, you will find ones who always had a schedule to go to beach or other destination. For me, i need this kind of person at the office more than a drug addict need her dealer. I ALWAYS NEED TO ESCAPE THE CITY! (I know should move to Bali long time ago)

4. A Party Guy
You will always find a guy or girl that always get hyped every Friday. Their money mainly wasted in open table at the club or rave party. They always have recommendation the trendiest bar or pub in the city and their social media were filled with their faces with three or four other friends with glasses of drink in their hands. You need to friends with this kind of person. When i was still drank an alcohol (i am now and forever free from alcohol) there is always one gay friend that always have invitation to a party. And i always ended up drank my problem away. From bar, to pub, to club. Its fun! But it just plain mistake. If you still under 25 years old, you need to experience this kind of mistake!

5. Admin Girl
Every office has their own rules and nobody want to get trouble in some silly office rules. Back then when i still feature writer at some Media Company, there is a rules that taxi voucher only can be used for writer to job related event. Not for admin. And since admin is also human being, they sometimes need to go out with taxi. And sometimes i lent in my name to her so she can have the taxi voucher. In returns, she would covering me when i come late or just have "suddenly meeting" (read: another job interview). Well, but after my days in those Media Company, i got no chance to do the same. But still, be friends with admin division can make your life a lot easier at the office. At least they can remind you what kind of mistake you about to make!

6. A Boss Babe
He or she is might be not a boss but he or she loves being called boss. They usually has no problem to pay your lunch bill, pay for a movie or treat you with free Uber. It just lovely. They seems don't need any special friendship or anything, they just need to be seen as a boss. And believe me, there is a lot of royal-without-cause people at the office. Be friend with he or she are always interesting!

7. The OB
You wont get more sincere friendship than friends with the office helper! They nice and always can be relied on. Remember: always be nice and friendly with Office Boy. And never see them lower than you, because he or she is not! You both working for someone else, you both in same class!

Just like other millennials, i am also having a phase where i don't belong to the office or job that i am working on. I am not bad at it, i just don't feel like this is what i was supposed to do! I have low motivation to behave what i should behave, and i don't feel like i am inspire enough to  be part of anything!

And recently, i just watched a viral video from Simon Sinek, marketing consultant and also motivational speakers whom just explained all the mess with Millennials workers. (if you weren't watch it yet, check out bellow)

As millennials, i don't have any argument against his point of view. I admit it, this generation are the product of spoiled parenting and misconduct of technology usage. Our parents, the baby boomer, thinks what they've been through a lot in their live and doesn't want their children to have same experience as they are. And when they busy not teaching their kids basic social human being, they also drown their kids in technology that just arise in early 90s. From classic Nintendo games to complicated XBox adventure. From Nokia 3310 that able to send text from alphanumeric keypad to iPhone 7 qwerty touch screen that can take millions of useless selfie with high def.

We've been taught so much to love ourselves more, to be proud with every little things that we have. Which is good, but also bad for competition. We were taught to live happily but not to work ambitiously. Our movie is all about to achieve great happiness in our personal life before anything. We were unconsciously designed to be quitter instead of fighter. Don't like the boss, just quit, million of company accept undergraduate employee. Don't like salary, just be an asshole in the company. Even if we like what we have, the pressure from parents and other significant others are hard to avoid. And sometimes, since the pressure come really strong, its absorb to your skin and became depression.

And if all of that not already hard enough to live with. We also facing the reality that some of us is easily master this whole situation. Becoming what so called, Youtube star, Insta Celeb, travel blogger, food blogger, DJ. And that's people are own the game and money in today society!

Then how? How millennials that still believe in making career to corporation, could be productive in a work space without get distracted by their own phone? To be honest, i don't know. Because i also still struggling with that problem. But, i know some way to make you, millennials worker, be still function in baby boomer corporate world without throwing away your millennials free spirit!

1. You Can Focus on What You Love
Working on your passion can be turn out great but also can turn out as crazy obsession. So, that's why work on something different from your main passion is healthy. But dont throw you passion away. Try to develop it, little by little, do your passion in your own time but with full forces. Me, personally writing is always my passion. Share the story with my point of view, thankfully i can entertain or inspire others from that. And luckily, i am able to do my passion as professional job for 4 years. Until, last year, i have to say goodbye forever to Corporate Media, dying print media. Then? What i do it now? Being sad unemployed person, or i take other job opportunity? No, i still writing, on my own time, and with my own command. And now when i go to work, i know i will finish my job as soon (and flawlessly) as possible so i can gather all the material i want to write in my own blog. Sometimes i help my friends to write in their magazine as contributor too. Since i got the time and no agenda, i feel more independent.

2. Times to Make New Best Friend
You job sucks but at least you make a great allies. Talk to your friends, or a guy from different division with you. Make a great allies. Share your problem. You might not solve the problem, but at least you can be each others. Make sure you make a perfect allies, so you can be each other back up when it needed. Because baby, there is a lot office back stabber (i will write about that in the next post)!

3. Learn to Commit
For baby boomer, its easy to obey the rules. For us, the millennials, while even our parents never yelled at us, obey to something simple can be pain in the ass. But, don't quit. Try the rules. Set your alarm earlier, dress more proper, listen more. And if that's feels so hard, treat yourself with a gift. If i had one week full without being late, i always let myself eat something fancy or buy something impulsive. Like shoes or books. Is not how much you want to be part of the office. But look at this just like a games that you should accomplished in finish line. Get more and more extra credit so you can have better level.

4. More Confident
Being in corporate office, sometimes mean to look the same. That's why almost big corporation (in Indonesia) have uniform. That's normal if you hate it! Since you always been told to be proud with who you are, now you asked to act just like others. But, again, hate doesn't equal with quit. Be a guy or girls that have strong personality. Be funny. Be quirky. Be as emo/loner as you want. Have strong personality that hard to forget. With strong personality, you might also develop new opportunity. Maybe new position, who knows?

5. Able to Learn Something New
This might seems classic reason but its true. Expertise in something you love to do sounds awesome, but able to know your capability in other aspect of life its beautiful too. Often people who only do what he passionate to do, like photography or architecture, doesn't know how administration works or how the banks work. And then, they always need to assist at every aspect in his or her life to make those kind decision.

6. More For Family and Friends
Since you not living in your passion, you can share your day and life with the loved ones. With the important one. And play your passion as an hobby or free time. And my friends, that what people called stable life!

7. You Can Redefine Success
Since you out of the "passion job", now you can redefine what is happy for you. What is success for you? Able to work on time and get everything done flawlessly. And then maybe you can also growth your career inside the company. Well, why not?

This band stole Jakarta's hippiest kids attention since they announce their schedule to perform in Singapore next April. And, fortunately, last December i already got a chance to watch "A Head Full of Dream Tour" in Australia. In Etihad Stadium, Melbourne, me and my very well bestfriend forever and ever (are you happy April?) are able to experience the best concert of the year! And, with all the memory, everything that i have experience at the concert, i feel wasted if i dont share it to you. The People that about to experience "A Head Full of Dream". You about to watch some spectacular show, the sound that as clear as you hear in your headset (even clearer), the lighting as beautiful as aurora, the song as nostalgic as you expected, the Band as energetic, playful, and strong as you imagine. And here some of my notes that might helps you enjoy your A Head Full of Dream more:

1. Please Don't Be An Asshole
Okay, this part is not only applicable for A Head Full of Dream Concert, but also any music performance. One thing that i learn from Jakarta's concert crowd are some of them watch concert without knowing the band or musician. Well, at least, that what i am witnessing when i watch Linkin Park in 2012, Maroon 5 in 2013, or any special stage on festival music event. Some of them got privileged because they father, boyfriend, or any relation are work for the event organizer and got free ticket and they say "yeah why not" and some of them "pengen tahu aja", "biar ikutan gaul". And since they have zero knowledge about what they to experience, then they just "get along". Which is fine. What is not fine by me is they block your view with they enormous tablet or camera entire concert. Or worst is, when they angry and annoying want the crowd get jostle. (Bitch, you watch concert in festival area, if you want to stay pretty buy VIP SEAT)! Ohh, how i hate those kind of people. Come on! Some people really pay with their sweat and tears to watch their hero perform on stage! Some people really felt emotional connection when they hear the chorus directly from the singer. So, please, if you don't really know the band or their music, and you kind of asshole, please, find another source of entertain!

2. Know Your Field
As i know, A Head Full of Dream concert, separated by two kinds of ticket. Standing or Seat. Standing it self, separated by two option, Standing Arena A (who infront of the stage) or Standing Arena B (not that far from stage). And there is so many option in seating area. My tips is, know your stamina, health issue, before you buy a ticket. Fine, you loaded enough to buy VIP Standing (the difference with Standing A is they got special package from official Coldplay and they can enter the stadium earlier and secure their space), but when the concert started you find yourself super anxiety inside human flood who jostle around you. Or you just can not standing, singing, without drinking (in Melbourne, you can bring bottle of water but you can not keep the cap on. It is to avoid the hostility in human being that always have urgency to throw anything in stage. At least if they do, the bottle is not on full of water) for 4 hours non-stop. And the worst thing is, you collapse and big guy that secure the stage will took you out from arena! Fun killer! So, i am not say you weak, but if you are just not that kind of person who has stamina to be in Standing Arena, please buy Seating ticket. Because, even if you can squat or took a seat in standing arena, it will be super annoying to people around. And if the crowd getting crazy, you can die by getting stamped! I'm serious!

3. Fun Bracelet
One thing that i really like in A Head Full of Dream concert is they make us as part of the event. They will give you all a bracelet, a fun colorful bracelet that will shining an LED light during the concert. Super fun and beautiful. My tips is, make sure you already open the safety string (or whatever it called) that attached to your bracelet before the concert started. Because mine was not turn on because i forgot to remove the safety string. huhu!

4. Welcome to The Train of Nostalgia
Now, we at the point that i certainly believe that you already know Coldplay since (at least) Parachute album. So, if we are at the same age, it means we both still in elementary school when we first time watch Coldplay in MTV Channel. I remember my first Coldplay addict is "In My Place". English is not my first language, so basically i don't what they singing about, but i love how Chris Martin look in the video. Not handsome but interesting enough to makes me waiting another video in MTV. Then, slowly but sure, i star learning my English through lyric. Then i learn so many things about love and relationship by Coldplay's song. When Chris promise to Gwyneth to bleeding his self dry in "Yellow", or taking care of Gwyneth after losing her grandparent in "Fix You". I start imagine what how fall in love should feel from "Shiver". I start recreate my ideal man through Chris lyrics. Until, i grow up, met a guy(s), fall in love ( i guess), broken heart, fall in love again, got broken again, and go on and on until i realize a story that Chris singing about is only living in his lyrics. And watching their performance live is re-alive my inner pre-teens when i discover their music for the first time. I dont know about you guys, but i wish you have some emotional attachment with the boys  from London.

5. Prepare to Amaze
I know, able to watch Coldplay might already great enough but this concert are one of the greatest work of art! You will amaze with the lighting, lazer, the sound, the effect with your bracelet. Everything was amazing.

6. Make a Friend
Maybe you going to this concert with your friend, but making friend with another Coldplay fans were incredible.

7. Get a Merchant
They got t-shirt, vinyl, tote bag, CD albums, and many things! Brelieve me! Buy one, you will need it!

Recently i read about Indonesia - Australia relation that, once again, gone bad! Without any intention to took a part of this problem i want to tell you why Australia is not that bad. I mean, i will always believe this country should run in Pancasila Ideology (not by race or religion) and no one should making fun of it, but i just want to say, one of Australia's city is so goddamn cool, i actually want to move to there, someday. I don't know if this post can cool the tension. But let me try, so, here we go.

If you ask me, i will always have numbers of reason hate Jakarta. Its tiring, polluted, poor clean water, fake people, poor public transportation, and go on and on and on.
Even though i hate Jakarta to the core-est of my heart, i always want to go back to this shitty city every time i fly abroad. For example, i will always choose Jakarta a thousand time rather than living for a week in Singapore. No i don't hate Singapore. I just prefer Jakarta.
I dont know, maybe because i never living overseas for so long so its almost never across my mind that i will left Jakarta for good. Until, last December, i got a chance to experience Melbourne. I never visit Australia, and i never expect anything in Melbourne except get amazed by Coldplay (yeah, i watch The Head Full of Dream there, i will make another post to talk about it).
Then, after 7 hour flight from Bali, i finally arrive a Tullamarine Airport. It just okay, the airport quit simple not "too much" like Changi (again, i love Singapore, but sometimes, it just little too much in there). After long (and non-sense) immigration check (and after they took my dendeng away!) i directly in love to this city. Like this city were made for me. Exactly, people like me! Me, the ultimate pedestrian, public transport enthusiast, love living under the sun but hate to get sweat. Here is more reason why i believe that God create me to live in Melbourne.

1. The Best Public Transportation
I always feel owning (and regularly using) a car in the city (unless you are an Uber) it just plain wrong (ok focus Gita, lets not go there). So, thats why i really rely on public transportation. And Melbourne pleased me with their Free Tram Zone, Fast Bus, Easy Train. I will keep my MyKi until today because i am strongly believe that i will use it again in the near time.

2. The Historic Building
I love buildings just like i love my man, the older are better. And this city entirely made by beautiful functional historic building. I know Europe has more exotic historic building (You dont know how much i want to visit Catacombs, Paris) (yeah, i love creepy building) but Melbourne has fully functional old building. Its not yet being turning into museum, but also not being used by super hippies youngster gather and like each other Instagram. It just old building with shopping center inside, or restaurant, or apartment.

Instagram picture by @aprillpril

3. Best Coffee
I am not drink coffee, but i trust people who loves coffee than alcohol. And many people claimed that Melbourne has the best coffee. So, simply to say, Melbourne has the best vibe! (wait what? what kind of logic is that?) Well, any way, i love place that surround by coffee enthusiast.

4. Art is Everywhere
You can find it in the wall, in the street with their guitar, so lovely.

5. Super Nice People
This city makes me have faith in humanity again. They help us to get our group photo, they help us when we are lost, they super nice to us. I dont know if it because we are obviously looks like tourist, but i love their sense of helpful. Even their city already well maintain, but that doesn't make them stuck up. Very humble, very homey, very lovely, please adopt me Melbourne!

6. Perfect Weather All The Time
Australia have their weather opposite any other western country. Winter in January till July and Summer in August till December. From all the sources i read over the internet, their winter is not that cold. Its only turn into more humid. Meanwhile, their summer, is not hot at all. Its only mean their sun stay longer. Like 14 hours a day. What a perfect weather!

First of all, welcome 2017.
Its hard to believe that i am able to survive 2016, the poop emoji of the year!
But, i survive anyway. Yeah, i am only survive. I don't achieve anything great last year. I am financially, personally, and almost mentally broke down last year! Again, poop-emoji of the year!

But, 2016 thought me a lot. Last year, i found myself really enjoying travelling. I know i always love traveling, but its different. Its almost like,i should and have to always be on the go. I used to hate airport, now i am excited to even only to smell the odor of departure gates.
And luckily, i got a chance to visit two very different countries this year.  I've been travel a lot, with my parents, office mates, and apparently my ex. and i come to conclude that the best way to enjoy your holiday is with your own best friend. The people that you call out of nowhere to pick you up from the worst date, the one you text to talk about life and the world. The people that smart enough to talk about world domination and brainless enough to laugh out of nowhere!
I know, not all the people have time to sync the time and schedule with their best friend! But believe me you HAVE to, at least, once in a lifetime try to travelling with your best friend. Why you ask me? Here's nine of my reason!

1. No rules Applied
We still makes itinerary to make sure we go all the places we want, but the rule of time doesn't exist. Because the differences traveling with your best friend instead of travel agency or parents, is you able to act like you want it! You can act as crazy as you want. No shaming, no worrying. At least, that what i experience when i travel with my friend.

in our entire Melbourne trip we used Mindy's Uber Credit Card and share the fare when we arrive at home, smart right?

2. Flexible on The Budget
Flexible on the budget doesn't mean you'll be more stingy or economical. Sometimes you want something expensive and your friend agree to share the price. Because when i travel with my best friend, money talk is not taboo. If you have to share the check, or split the check, or borrow money, your lifetime relation already makes you trust each other. (Unless you are kind of friend that always forget any related money problem. Please, don't make any friends! You mean to be alone)
It will be different if you are travelling with your office mate or your new boyfriend, the rules about money is quite blurry and if you make a wrong move it will make your trip awwwwkkkkwaaaaaard.

3. We already know each other worst habit
I mentally know how drunk my friends could be, what kind of embarrassment they able to do, how fast or slow my friends could be, mostly, i already know how to handle your friends at worst. And vice versa. Your friends know how to handle you too!

4. I can talk about everything! EVERYTHING!
We talk about our problem in travel and also in our life. What you've been scared so far, what you want to achieve, talk about boy, sex, and what's new about it! Its like psychotic therapy for me. I know, talking to them were not helping at all, and i am okay with that. Because not all the problem is solvable, but at least it makes me feel easier, happier. For me, if you can't solve it, at least you can laugh at it!

5. Lets Try Everything and Met Everyone
When travel with friends, you are able to explore something or some places that your spouse or parents will not agree on. Trying mushroom, checking the red district, going to "the club"! Or at least, when you travel with your friends, you are able to meet new stranger on the road. You guys have fun and that's story will be forever stay with you and your best friend.

6. Knowing Each Other Better
I find human is like super-massive black hole, You might see the size of it, but you will never reach the core. No one is knows you perfectly. Not your mom, not your spouse, and also not your best friend. And for me, spent a day or week overseas with anyone (not only your best friend) can makes you learn something new about them. And for me, as part of society, that the best thing we could do to each other. Learn their personality before you decided to move forward of back off. (This is why people should stop buy things and start explore new places)

7. Self Aware
I know i can trust my friend is travel. But it doesn't mean i am depend on them. I am more aware with my stuff, more attention on our itinerary, and more punctual with my self. Its really develop your own personality.

8. We Entertain Each Other
Awkward-upsetting moment doesn't last long. Even after the fight, you will find a way to laugh again.

9. Prepare the best photo of the year!
You don't need to hire professional holiday photographer to get your best picture of the year. Because you long time best friend know which angle the best for you! Even my mom or my brother still can not expertise this part!

Because all this reason, i personlly suggest you to start travelling with your best buddies. It will hard, and tough, and intense but it will be worth it.
So, what you waiting for? Stop pretending you busy on the job, start whatsapp your friends and plan or book your ticket, NOW!
